In March, our EU Coordination team, Gabriela Braneanu and Christian Walker, together with a beautiful team of 6 youth workers, brought the EnCourage4 Youth Exchange to life. Three participants, Clara Martin, Mady Niewiarowski, and Agnese Talani, documented what they lived through, and we’d love to share their film with you so you can truly feel the heart of these projects.
EnCourage4 was inspired by the Hero’s Journey. Through a gamified path of personal growth and real-life immersion, participants learned to take ownership of their choices and become the heroes of their own stories.
